Guide: Emergency travel document

If your passport is lost or stolen, contact the Uganda Embassy promptly. The following items are commonly requested (legacy community guidance — verify current fees and rules).

  • 2 passport-sized coloured photos (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
  • Coloured copy of a valid Ugandan ID (e.g. National ID)
  • Coloured copy of a valid ID issued in Korea (residence / alien card)
  • Duly filled Form G
  • Letter explaining the circumstances of the lost passport
  • Police report on the lost passport
  • Return envelope with postage for registered mail if applicable

Submission has historically been possible in person, by post, or by email. Confirm the current channel and fee with the Embassy.
