Use this as a starting checklist. Confirm fees, forms, and submission channels with the Uganda Embassy.
- 4 passport-sized coloured photos (4.5cm × 3.5cm; white background; no glasses, scarves or hats; both ears visible)
- Coloured copy of the old passport (visa and bio-data page + page 45)
- Coloured copy of a valid ID issued in Korea (residence / alien card)
- Filled Form G
- Completed passport renewal application form
- Return envelope with postage for registered mail if posting
